Shipping policy

DELIVERY

 

We provide several methods of shipping for our UK customers, including: 

  • Same-Day Local Delivery
    Not available through our website right now, please call +44(0)20 78311974 or email web.shop@londonvapehouse.com to arrange same-day delivery with our customer service
      • Royal Mail 1st Class (Royal Mail 24)1-3 days - Free On all orders over £35 (otherwise £4.00).
      • Royal Mail 2nd Class ( Signed For ) 2-4 days - Free on all orders over £25 (otherwise £3.00).
      Orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday are dispatched via Royal Mail on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3 p.m. or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are delivered in the following 1-3 days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature may be required on delivery. 
      • Royal Mail Special Delivery 24 Tracked & Signed- Free on all orders over £50.00 (otherwise £8.50)
            Order before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday for delivery via courier the following working day (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays. Order placed after 3 p.m. on Friday and at weekends will are dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. A signature is required on delivery.
              • EU Tracked & Signed – 3-5 working days (£13.50) - Please call customer service at +44(0)20 78311974 or email to web.shop@londonvapehouse.com to arrange a delivery

                  As part of our policy, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the item packaging is as new. If unsure, please contact us before sending us a return.
