Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS
  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations give customers 14 calendar days from the day a customer receives his/her goods to cancel if the customer simply changes his/her mind.
  • Goods must be returned unused and sealed in the original packaging. As electronic cigarettes are an oral product, once used they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of any mishandling made by customers.
  • Due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if e-liquids have been doctored/tampered with we are not able to accept returns of any e-liquids.
  • Customers can only return e-liquid if there is an error made by us. Please contact web.shop@londonvapehouse.com and we will get back to you.
  • After those 14 days, we are only able to exchange the product if the product has any manufacturer defect issue, which will be examined by our product expert. Please note if there is no detectable issue with the product, we are not able to exchange or refund it.
  • Please contact our customer support team at +44(0)20 78311974 or email web.shop@londonvapehouse.com as all returns must be agreed with customer service prior to sending items back. 
  • All the items come with a one-month guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers any repairs, or replacements if deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If the product has been damaged in any way by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
  • To return your items you will need:
      • The product you want to return
      • Receipt or invoice
      • The original packaging of each product that you want to return and all of it (spare parts, instructions for use, etc …)

  • Once your return is received, we will proceed to an exchange or a refund as soon as possible.

  • We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, please note the following:
    • We may make deductions from the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop; and/or
    • The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 1-3 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
    • We will refund you within 3-5 working days of the day on which we receive the goods back from you.
