CBD (Cannabidiol) is an active chemical compound, or cannabinoid, found in the cannabis plant. Popularity for CBD has grown rapidly due to its health benefits and because unlike the well-known cannabinoid THC, it is non-psychoactive. Products may contain traces of up to 0.2% THC (the legal limit) however with such a low quantity there is no psychoactive effect.
